Happy Easter

Happy Easter to all! We had quite the day. Fortunately for the kids the Easter Bunny did make it to our house. He left treats and toys. The girls were so excited to go to church today so they could wear their new Easter dresses. After church we went to Diamond Fork and had a picnic. The kids walked along the river with dad and grandpa. We always love going to the mountains and are so lucky to live so close to them. What an amazing day.

We got home from the mountains in the early evening and was just unloading our van when I got a phone call from my sister-Amy telling me that my parents had been in an an accident. I am so grateful to my Father in Heaven that no one was injured.

I am so grateful for the Easter season so that we can reflect on the resurrection and Heavenly Fathers atoning sacrifice for us. I hope that we can all remember the true meaning of the Easter season. I am also grateful for such a wonderful husband and 5 amazing kids and the fun times we spend together.
