Yesterday we took the opportunity to spend the afternoon with our little family and some really great friends and hike to Stewart Falls up at Sundance. The hike sure made me aware of how out of shape I am. It was 3 miles round trip. It sure didn't seem like much, but when you're hiking up hill in the heat of the day it was a little harder for me than the kids. We had a blast though and once we got to Stewart Falls it was beautiful. The water was ice cold and the falls are gorgeous.
