Happy 1st Birthday Wyatt!!

Yesterday was Wyatt's first birthday. We have been looking forward to this day for a while, and are especially glad that we got to this milestone.

We had such a great time. We had a great dinner and enjoyed eachother's company. Wyatt got spoiled by his family. Lots of clothes and toys. He especially like his trucks. We thought he would love to dig into his cake. He mostly wanted to touch the fire from the candles and when we put him in his high chair to 'dig' into his cake, he just sat there and looked at it. I took his hand and stuck it in the frosting and he started to cry. I guess he didn't want to get his hands dirty. Well we handed him a spoon and he dug right in. What a proper boy. As you can see, he eventually dug in and had cake everywhere
