Back to School

  Boy!  I sure am doing a terrible job keeping up on my blog this year.  So here I go again catching up on the events of the last few months.  

In August the kids started back to school.  McKenzie is now a mighty Diamond Back.  She loves Junior High and is doing so well.  For me, I wasn't so sure I was ready for her to be in Junior High.  (I still don't think I am.) 

Poor girl!! She spent the first two days of school still trying to figure out how to open her locker.  She has a bottom locker which makes it hard because she's always trying to maneuver around people to make her way to her locker.  She had to have her friend open her locker for her so she could get her backpack out.  Luckily she eventually figured it out and is now a master at it. 

 

Kaylie and Rylie started 4th grade this year.  Really?  4th grade?  Where in the world did the time go?  They love 4th grade and are doing well and love their teacher Mr. Crockett.

 

Poor superhero.  He wanted to go to school so bad with his sisters.  Lucky for me he still has a few years till he can go to school.  I will be so lonely.  :(
