The Last Day of School

This year was sure was a fun, busy year. The girls learned so much. It was bitter sweet for Kenzie. She loved her teacher Miss Wells and this was her last year teaching at Spanish Oaks Elementary. Unfortunately she decided she missed her family and wanted to go back home to Virgina. She taught McKenzie so much and made school so fun for her.
Kaylie and Rylie loved, loved, loved 2nd grade. They loved their teacher Mrs. Sanders. Lucky for them their teacher is also in our Ward so they get to see her all the time. She was an awesome teacher as well. Kaylie and Rylie's favorite subject this year was writers workshop. They got to write and compose their own stories and boy I can tell you that they should had some whoppers of stories. They are great story tellers. Math came in as a close second as one of their faves. They especially liked the money and time telling units.
Thanks to some amazing teachers for making school so much fun for the girls!!!
